Welcome to Falafel Bar Buffalo, the heart of Levantine cooking in Western New York. Founded by Israeli chef-owner Oded  Rauvenpoor, our restaurant has been a staple in the community for over two decades, serving fresh, craveable dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine. Now located just two blocks from Millersport Highway on Sheridan, we continue to evolve while honoring the culinary traditions that inspired us.


Our Culinary Philosophy

At Falafel Bar Buffalo, we believe in a from-scratch ethos that prioritizes quality over convenience. Unlike many establishments that cut corners, we refuse to compromise our ingredients. Our falafel and hummus are made fresh twice daily using dried chickpeas sourced for their superior flavor and texture. We use only the highest quality tahini, ensuring that our ultra-creamy hummus delivers a pure sesame flavor that stands out.
